Dear Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year at Premier Charter School (PCS). Together with our food service provider Southwest Foodservice Excellence (SFE), we will provide a nutritional breakfast and lunch each day. The meals are prepared fresh daily.

As always, your child's nutrition is important to us. Please notifiy the office if your child has specific dietary restrictions or is prone to food allergies.  We will make our porviders aware of this and will accommodate as is necessary and possible.  Premier Charter School participates in the free and reduced meals program. This program must be applied for every year. Included in the linke above is information on how to apply for this program and the income guidelines we use to determine eligibility. If you need assistance in completing the form, an office staff member will be happy to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE ALL INFORMATION IS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL. Children participating in this program go through the cafeteria checkout and the system is setup to acknowledge that the meal is paid.

All meals must be paid in advance on a weekly or monthly basis. If your child only buys milk, it can be purchased daily. Payments may be made in form of cash, checks (made payable to Premier Charter School or PCS) or credit card online payment system via Parent Portal. You can track and pay your child's meal balance online.

Any positive balances from previous school year will roll-over into your child's meal accounts for the current school year. Also, any funds that were transferred or submitted for summer school will be applied to your child's meal account for the school year.  If your child has any outstanding balances from the previous school year/summer school, that balance must be paid in full, for your child to participate in our meals program.
